"Too many problems with this hotel to list. AC in first room did not work. Our daughters room had a toilet that wouldn't flush. Elevators were okay when working, but out of service at times. We didn't have comforters in our room until the third night. The room we had was very noisy because it faced the street. There is no gym here. The pool is small but refreshing. The breakfast was the sole bright spot. There was a nice variety of foods and all stocked well."

"Definitely not as nice as it looks online. The room was well worn, the towels very old, the shower needs proper cleaning, old dirty grout, and the WiFi was horrible. The breakfast needs improvement. Tons of breads and cakes, that were very good, but very few healthy foods. "

"Double rooms are very small and boxy , lighting is very dim. Aircon positioned on top of the bed and filter wasn’t clean so I got a cold. The staff are friendly although upon checking in very unresponsive was dragging suitcases myself through the double doors after asking for help severally. Location is great and breakfast is lovely. "El costo del hotel fue excesivo y aunque entiendo que era época de carnaval ni la habitación ni el servicio estaban a la altura, la habitación era muy pequeña sin casi espacios para almacenar el equipaje, los productos de aseo personal súper simples y sin fragancia, la vista fue terrible, no recomendaría ni volvería a hospedarme en este hotel, completamente decepcionante"

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating as we arrived well before our check in time. They secured our luggage and let us use a common area to change and spend some time outside the hotel until the rooms were ready. The breakfast was better than expected, the rooms are small and beds a little hard. The elevators are also extremely slow and small for the size of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again based on location and price. "

"The overall experience was pretty average for a chain brand. The air-condition was quite noisy - guests who are minded abt this detail, do take note. The buffet breakfast, whilst there was variety was very mediocre. The location was good, it being just 5 minute walk from the beach front/promenade. If you dont speak Spanish/Portuguese whilst visiting Brazil, the experience for tourists is very poor. So this will affect customer service. Thankfully, the check-in staff spoke decent English. "
