Contexto ; mi amiga tuvo malestares estomacales pidió medicamentos a una amiga conocida durante la noche y el hombre que estaba en la recepción se puso grosero y le gritó que no permiten visitas . Al momento de hacer el checkout cuando estábamos e regando las llaves , nos pidieron que subiéramos a recoger las tarjetas para entregarlas con las llaves , el Uber está esperándonos afuera para llevarnos al aeropuerto y ellos no permitieron hacer el checkout asta que les diéramos las tarjetas del cuarto Muy ostiles No me siento cómoda con el personal con lo demás ok ES MI EXPERIENCIA , vive la tuya ? "

"The sauna area has to be rebuilt, as there are not space to rest close to it, as well as the bathtub is placed into the sauna, instead of next to them."

"It was very close to the beach and restaurant. The breakfast was good and the hot water from the shower was excellent. My only concern was the TV and Internet wasn't working well."

"HORRIFIC! Do not stay! I wish I could upload pictures of the reality because it does not match the photos. Stains on bedding & furniture, bugs in the rooms, holes in the walls, no hot water, broken patio door (safety hazard), moldy smell, chipped and dirty toilets….we left the property after 1 day and didn’t finish our stay. All of that and no help or accommodations for this disaster. Victoria was no help and would not refund us. Avoid at all costs!"

"This property is in a great place but is very dated. Rooms are basic and need a refresh. Bathroom is clean but old fashioned and basic. Staff are very friendly and helpful. "

"Amazing cost-benefit, you're in the heart of Salvador Carnival for the Barra-Ondina circuit. There are also good options to eat, very close to Shopping Barra, supermarkets, and drugstores. The hotel's structure is not the most modern or well maintained, but it is not an issue if you don't care about it. Also, be aware that depending on the floor, you may hear significant street noise."
