Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fera. Room was luxurious, rooftop pool & bar is excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. One suggestion would be to provide option for a buffet style breakfast.

Hotel Ć³timo, no geral. Todos da recepĆ§Ć£o, os concierges e os funcionĆ”rios foram muito receptivos. As moƧas da limpeza do 7Āŗ andar prestam um serviƧo impecĆ”vel, alĆ©m de muito simpĆ”ticas. Os concierges Luiz e Anderson nos ajudaram muito em tudo na viagem. A localizaĆ§Ć£o Ć© execlente, muito prĆ³ximo centro histĆ³rico e com muito policiamento no entorno. Seria 10/10 se nĆ£o fosse alguns pontos negativos. O rooftop nĆ£o recebe a atenĆ§Ć£o necessĆ”ria, nem em atendimento do bar, que demora bastante, e nem na limpeza da piscina, que estava um pouco suja. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ sĆ³ foi muito bem servido e prestado no final de semana. Nos demais dias, falta padrĆ£o e consistĆŖncia do serviƧo e dos itens disponĆ­veis. Ɖ um ponto a melhorar com certeza.

Estrutura belĆ­ssima, restauraĆ§Ć£o cuidadosa. Apartamento confortĆ”vel. Check-in on-line difĆ­cil e em parte inĆŗtil, porque pedem documento e assinatura novamente. Embora o horĆ”rio fosse Ć s 15h, liberaram o apto para minha esposa, Ć s 13h. Nossos problemas foram no cafĆ© da manhĆ£ e bar. Ansiedade para que eu assinasse a nota correspondente porque nĆ£o estava incluso. Um, em seguida ao outro, veio solicitĆ”-la. NinguĆ©m iria fugir. Preferimos ir a outro lugar no dia seguinte. Itens muito bons e gostosos, como o pĆ£o, por exemplo. Mas, nĆ£o hĆ” folhados, que sĆ£o sinĆ“nimos de uma padaria de qualidade. No bar, pedi um cafĆ© expresso e deixei-o pela metade. Muito ruim. Cordialidade fica por conta dos colaboradores e seguranƧas de porta. Como a rua estava interditada por conta dos festejos de SĆ£o JoĆ£o, o seguranƧa me acompanhou atĆ© a PraƧa Castro Alves e esperou que eu tomasse um tĆ”xi.
