"We booked a city view room, but was given a dingy room facing a dingy patio with loud AC noise and not pleasant to look at. We communicated with the host and the reply was that they can not do anything as all rooms are booked, just offered some breakfast coupons, worth 5 bucks each at the most. This is not a hotel, it is an apartment turned into rooms on one floor of the building with no amenities. The plumbing is old with murky water and rumbling when you turn the facets on.
