"No air con. No parking. Staff were great, super friendly. Bed was insanely comfy and the location was a corker for a gig at the castle - but the price was hiked because of the festival. Meh!"

"The hotel is tired and has an overwhelming smell of stale smoke in the hallways and bedrooms. Staff were friendly but miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping, meant that requests were missed or forgotten. Best bit of the hotel is the bar and outdoor terrace.
