Location is superb, near station and food and shopping areas. Rooms were comfy. However the lady attending to us at check in were not so nice. Could smile abit more instead of looking like someone owe her something. The other lady whom we first met and helped us with the storing of our luggage was amazing. Friendly and smiling. Unfortunately didn’t get both their names.

Location was perfect for me, not far from the train station and walking distance to the castle. The room was clean, very basic. You need to request room cleaning by 12 or a clean towel at the reception. No one is ever at the reception desk. The self check in is not great, it didn’t recognize my booking information nor did accept my other booking information. So I had to go find someone to help. I do self check in at Marriott’s on there app and never have an issue, this check in experience is just clunky and frustrating after spending the day traveling. The shower had an issue. Up on the 14th floor the Water temperature was never consistent. For about 8 seconds it would go up and 8 seconds go down. It wasn’t good. I admit I also miss a small refrigerator and a way to warm up food. I stayed at a couple of Premier Inns on this trip. This one had a better closet layout and a table we could use for the other side of the bed. In general clean rooms comfortable beds and I like that I can go to the reception area and get coffee and tea packets. I would stay again at a Premier Inn.

This hotel offered a spacious, clean, and comfortable room. The bathroom was spotless and well-organized. The breakfast was excellent value for money, providing a wide range of hot food options. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was fast.
