"There is no fan or air conditioning in the room. Thus, NO AIR circulation. Bring your own fan. The window opened but there was no screen and we were looking at garbage bins and dumpsters. Thus, we kept the window closed to avoid any bugs/flies from entering as well as any odours. There was rarely anyone at the front desk as they guys also had to look after the breakfast area and who knows what else. there is no counter space in the bathroom for any toiletries. Great staff, good dining choices and excellent facilities; lots of gym equipment, large heated indoor pool, sauna & steam. Fantastic rest stop after long travel to Edinburgh or resting place before long travel home."

"Lee- Anne, Anjuli and Nisha made the entire four day stay truly memorable. They offered incredible service and were extremely kind and helpful. We loved the location, just out of the way of Old Town but close enough to all the sights by bus (right outside the hotel). We especially enjoyed the dinner menu as it catered perfectly to vegetarians with a great selection of vegan meals as well. Our room had a lovely view and we had a wonderful experience."

"Great property, with a good location. Quite, and only two train stops away from city center. And the shower had great pressure. Clean, and great amenities (pool, gym, and restaurant) Roxana at fron desk made it very easy, and provided me with a conversion plug from US to that weird british plug. My family and I enjoyed the stay."

"It was ok. Location was good for transportation on buses or taxis. The room we got was definitely not a “luxury” hotel room or spacious like advertised and did not look like photos. There was no lift, so they should tell people they have to do stairs. The towel warmer didn’t work and there was no plug in for the hairdryer in the bathroom or anywhere near a mirror. It had a bed and breakfast without the breakfast kind of feel, rather than a “boutique hotel,” so seems a little higher priced...

"Good location right outside station and near bus and trams. Hotel is not too bad the rooms were nice but they were rather stuffy and hot despite the air con saying it was 18 which impacted our sleep. The area near the door where the air con unit is was lovely and cool but not the rest of the room. Beds were comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed. Liked the Dove toiletries. I was unaware I had booked a room without a window which added to the temperature of the room. Breakfast was...
