"Lovely Bergamo Città alta. This stay was in a spacious room with all we needed for a relaxed time. Not a regular hotel and no face-to-face interact with staff which was just fine and as-desired. Nothing but walkable as we had to park about 400meters away in a central parking garage. The staff recommended where to park and all went smoothly. "
"The woman at the front desk was so incredibly helpful. I wish I had got her name. She got us dinner reservations and helped us figure out our departure. Went above and beyond for us. The hotel itself is an amazing location and very stylish and quiet. Loved our stay!"

"A quiet, serene spot, right in the old city of Bergamo. There's a lovely, calm garden area, and our room was bright and welcoming, Though the bathroom wasn't en suite, it was private and spacious. It was a bit odd to not interact with any staff (there is an electronic check-in process), we didn't have any issues so there was no need to contact anyone. Very close to lots of restaurants and cafes and beautiful sites to explore. "
