Disliked: Room comfort

Dont stay here!

Terrible. Photos are entirely misleading. No access to the facilities advertised. Communication was terrible, from arrival to departure. Breakfast was 1 small slice of toast per person. The shower didn't work on the first day (of 2 days), and the water smelled like sewage. Way overpriced compared to others in the area given what is offered. Stay away!

Horrifying experience at LHP Suite Villa La Giara! As soon as we entered, the villa wasn’t clean or ready for us to check in. We had seen all the trash, dirty beds and bathrooms from the previous tenants of the Villa. We were made to wait while they attempted to clean to the villa. When we returned the bathrooms were smelling terribly, there were dirty towels. They refused to provide us with basic amenities such as water. When we tried to use the gym, none of the equipment’s were working and was left in a horrible condition. The photos on the internet is completely different from the reality of the Villa. DO NOT STAY HERE. Your entire experience in Capri will be ruined.
