"This is a real 5-star hotel. My wife and I spent a weekend in Capri at Tiberio. We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival and the concierge helped us from booking activities to buying ferry tickets. The whole staff was extremely helpful and kind. We dined at the Michelin star restaurant at the hotel and the food was delicious. The chef himself makes special orders at breakfast and come serve you himself. We travel internationally quite often and this was one of our best experiences! "

"For starters, the pictures do not do this hotel justice - it is stunning! It is in a beautiful location surrounded by quaint walkways just beyond the square which has an array of designer shops, restaurants, etc, so everything you need is close by. As for the property, the staff was so so amazing!! Everyone was very kind and extremely accommodating. I felt very welcomed at all times. In fact, I was on vacation for my birthday and the staff went absolutely above and beyond to make it a special...
