We booked this resort because it was a good value and walkable to Hadrian’s Villa. If you don’t have a car, you will need to arrange transport to Villa d’Estes - which was a surprisingly delightful visit. "Beautiful grounds with unique rooms and features. The rooms are small but have everything you need and the front desk does their absolute best to accommodate. Excellent food and gelato within a 5 minute walk in an extremely quiet and quaint neighborhood. A quick 20 minute bus ride to the Rome Metro station and another 20 minute train to Rome. Come here if you want to be close to Rome but not IN Rome! Bed is on the firmer side but very comfortable. Only complaint was air conditioning (cooling)...

"Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Only issue was accessing the hotel, the main entrance is off of the highway. You can access the hotel through a street but will have to walk through a gate, parking there before the gate is not monitored. Good stay overall. "

"Loved the hotel, but, the down sides were:- To have a shower you had to climb into a jacuzzi bath, the sides were quite high The restaurant wasn’t open, which no big deal as the restaurants in the town superb. But parking is atrocious around 3-7 PM, the hotel is extremely dated (how does any hotel not have USB chargers for guests in this day and age?), terribly old beds, and in a very noisy area right next to apartment complexes. Plus, they offer a “deal” with the local diner next door that allows you to pay for your dinner at the hotel and take the voucher to the restaurant for your meal. It’s supposed to help make it easier on guests. But...

"Located in the centre of pescina, close to bars and restaurants with easy parking. The room was pleasant with an outlook over the river but overlooked by the apartment blocks. The restaurant is closed (until further notice !!!), however the breakfast was excellent and staff very pleasant. Found a superb restaurant within 15 minutes walk and used it both nights although there are others closer to the hotel and town. Nice hotel to use as a base for visiting the surrounding countyside and beautiful mountains."
