"Our experience at Jenna's was incredible! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, while also not hovering, which I really liked. It made for a very peaceful trip. Also, we celebrated our anniversary there and they had a sweet little romance package upgrade for $50 USD which included decorating the room, a bottle of wine, chocolates, and roses. Totally worth it for the vibe! "

The hotel is beautiful, charming, and perfectly located right by Lake Atitlán, with stunning views that never get old. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The staff truly stood out—everyone was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The peaceful atmosphere, lovely gardens, and easy access to the lake and town made our stay feel special and authentic. It’s the perfect balance of comfort, tranquility, and local charm. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Panajachel. A memorable and exceptional experience from start to finish!"

"Really like this hotel. Beautiful view, off the beaten path a bit but still a not too far tuk tuk ride to town. More laid back than the fancier hotel next door but you can still eat there. Loved that breakfast and kayaks were included. Staff was really nice. Good value too. Staying here was like the best of both worlds with the convenience of staying in Panajachel but views being on the lake, especially if you only have a couple nights at the lake. "
