The Icona is a lovely boutique hotel. Perfect for a Spring getaway. If the weather is warm, it's wonderful to take the short walk across the street to the beach. Parking is located in a garage under the hotel with an elevator directly to registration and rooms. Very convenient property.

The place was great. Extremely clean, great staff in the rooms were nice. The only two things I would change would be, cleaning with bleach. The bleach smells overwhelming in the bathroom in the room. Different coffee, the coffee they give you in the room with their hotel name on it is horrible coffee. But they do give you free coffee in the lobby in the morning, I didn't try so I can't see if it's any better than what's in the room, but they do give that to you in the morning. I would definitely stay again, but I would bring my own coffee.

The Icona is our go to hotel as it is always extremely clean, they have staff like JoJo at the front desk that provide a smile and a warm welcome each year and the shuttle service by John cannot be matched. We will visit again next year for sure!

ICONA was the perfect place to stay with my family for a Christmas weekend in December. We did a few activities at Congress Hall and it was very close and easy to get to. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
