Restaurant has terrible food Was told we had a 50.00 dollar credit to use anywhere on the property and when we checked out we were told we did not have the credit. We ate at the hotel because we thought we had a credit. The staff misled us. We also paid 700.00 a night and all we saw was woods from out balcony and was told we had an oceanfront room,and we did not. Holiday Inn is one of our favorite hotels and we were disappointed in several things like the walk from building 3 to the restaurant, pool or beach. Never saw a tram to take us anywhere. Also no help at building 3 for our luggage. We are almost 70 and my husband is handicapped and we never received any assistance. I would not recommend this hotel Our friends stayed at the Hilton and they were treated like royalty for more more than half the price of what we paid. The drive to the area of lots of restaurants was too far and we always eat at the hotel, but I would not recommend your grill restauant because we made 4 choices and they had none of them. Paid 140.00 for food that was not great and then had no credit. My view was so disappointed since we do not live near a beach and was really looking forward to seeing and hearing the ocean waves."
