Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The owner provided transportation from the train station. There was a language barrier, which made communication challenging, but they were very patient with our limited Italian. The setting was lovely.

Fantastic. Worth staying.

Fantastic. Exceptional breakfast with delicious things. Room is quite and comfortable. People are very gentle. In the countryside very close to Paestum archeological parc. The only suggestion is change in the Hotels/expedia website the checkout time as it shows 10:30 and at the Chora Hotel is 10:00.

Peaceful location. Walking distance to the sights and restaurants. Family have a beach lido and you get free sun lounges and an umbrella, it’s a 5 minute drive. Very helpful and pleasant owner, lovely breakfast too. The rooms have a fridge which was really useful when it was 30 degrees!

An inexpensive hotel that is also a working farm, which was actually very interesting. Very charming married couple who are extremely helpful. It was nice be be at a different place away from the madding selfie taking tourist crowd!

Good stay in quiet part of Paestum

We stayed here one night, mostly to see the ruins, which are a 10-15 walk from the hotel. First the bad: We stayed in low season (May), and with few guests at the hotel, there often was not any staff there (there are upfront about this). English was limited if you rely on that. The shower handle came off of the wall, though I'm sure that's fixed by now. Were were awoken early by a nearby rooster. The good: Staff was friendly and willing to communicate in their limited English and out limited Italian. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with a small balcony. They picked us up and dropped us off at the train station (which would have been about a 20 minute walk). The side of the ruins where we stayed is surrounded by farmland and countryside, quite peaceful aside from the rooster. Free bicycles for loan. Best breakfast we had during our stay in Italy! In addition to the standard bread, coffee, and pastries, there was fresh fruit, freshly made kiwi juice, yogurt, and farm fresh eggs cooked to order. Well worth a stay.

Great B&B near archaeological attractions.

Wonderful place within walking distance to Paestum ancient temples and archeological site. Hosts were very nice and even gave us a ride to the train station. Excellent breakfast included. Room was clean, shower was really nice.

Gut, aber nicht sehr gut.

Frühstück: Wie erwartet sehr gut. Sehr guter Kaffee, so viel man möchte. Jeden Morgen frischer Kuchen. Besser geht es nicht. Kommunikation: Vor der Reise wurden Anfragen, obwohl auf italienisch gestellt,leider weder per Fax noch Email beantwortet.Als ich im Hotel war, war die Kommunikation unkompliziert und nett. Hotelzimmer: Bett sehr gut, Bad sehr gut, Zimmergröße in Ordnung, Klimaanlage gut, Auf dem Schrank könnte Staub gewischt werden. Ich habe von 11 Nächten jedoch nur an 2 Nächten gut geschlafen. Ich hatte die Fenster zu, der Wachhund hat nachts mehrfach gebellt und meinen Schlaf unterbrochen. Ansonsten könnte ich wenig schlafen, da ich das Schnarchen aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören konnte, sehr dünne Wände. Ab 7:30Uhr schallt es vom Frühstücksraum hoch. Für 1-2 Nächte ist dies nicht so wichtig. Lage: Sehr gut. Nah an den Tempeln und abseits der lauten Straße. Schöne Gartenanlage. WLAN: ok

Hidden gem

Booked 2 nights but stayed an extra night as accommodation and setting first class and value for money. The owner had own private beach and bar which was only a 5 minute drive and as weather was so good we stayed extra night

Peaceful Farmlike Atmosphere

This B&B was wonderful. Set on a tiny farm only 800 meters walk to the Paestum archeological site with 3 exquisite temples and hundreds of homes and buildings. The archeological museum is also within walking distance. Most rooms are on the upper floors, so if you have a disability, request the ground floor room. I loved the farm feel. You mix with a menagerie of chickens, geese, peacocks, cats, goats and a dog. Nice rock surface parking area that is free and safe. There breakfast buffet was self service except for the coffee/espreso selection and bountiful and diverse. The only slight downside was the weak WiFi signal in the room and language/communication difficulty which can be overcome with the super nice and helpful owners.

GREAT HOTEL

Stayed for 2night to visit Paestum . They picked me up at train station and took me there at departure.Also took me to a great restaurant in Cappacio and best service I have.Excellent breakfast and very clean hotel and outstanding hospitality from the hotel. It is a 10 min walk to paestum and they gave me a bike to ride in town and to the beach.i rode to the beach in 15 min and it was great. I highly recommend this place to everyone if you are visiting Parstum

Enjoyed staying in a country setting while being close to Paestum. Breakfast was excellent and the hosts were very helpful especially with our limited understanding of Italian.

Wonderful hotel, great location.

Great rural ambience but also close to all amenities.The private beach is only 5minutes away by car. Paestum archeological site is well within walking distance. The hotel owners and staff are really friendly and helpful and this has proven to be one of the most relaxing and memorable experiences of all my years of travelling 5 stars all round.👍

Sehr schönes B&B nahe bei den Tempeln von Paestum

Wir wurden sehr freundlich mit Kaffee empfangen. Das Haus liegt in einem herrlichen landwirtschaftlichen Anwesen mit großem Garten und sehr guter Parkmöglichkeit. Sehr schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon, großes Bad, super Ausstattung, leckeres vielseitiges Frühstück, gute Tipps, einfach alles in allem bestens!!

Sono stato con mia moglie, e mio figlio di 1 anno, per una notte in questo splendido B&B, personale eccellente e disponibilissimo, anche se non l'avevamo richiesta ci hanno fatto trovare la culla in camera, camera pulitissima, abbiamo trovato asciugamani, accappatoio, pantofole ecc ecc. Cioccolatini in camera, colazione abbondante e per tutti i gusti. Camere e B&B tutto colorato e rilassante. un posto tranquillissimo. E il giorno della partenza anche una rosa splendida in omaggio a tutte le donne ospiti della struttura Il sig. Mauro proprietario e il suo staff, persone gentilissime, cortesi e affabili, sembrava di essere a casa ed in famiglia. Da fermarsi se dovete fare tappa a Paestum
