"Room was fine but chilly upon arrival. Some hotels prepare rooms for guests. When I asked the morning concierge ( grey haired lady) for a print out of expenses for my stay she was brusque - “we don’t have that. Contact Expedia.” Lack of people skills?"

"The building is well kept and everything including the room was very clean. The pool was cold which we thought it should be a bit warmer since it’s cold outside but other then that my family had a great time. Guest laundry is free and they sell detergent at the front desk. Definitely will be returning. "
