"Centrally located to key sites and the bus and metro that runa directly to Palermo airport. They upgraded me for free so my room was very spacious and updated. Above all else, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely a well-priced option for all the amenities"

"The hotel is in a nice area within walking distance to many restaurants. Approximately 20 mins to train station and ferry. Rooms are quite large, clean and updated. Very comfortable beds. Bathrooms were spacious, however, the hot water was limited. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We were able to check into our rooms early and they arranged private transport to the airport. Depending on where your room is located, noise could be an issue. Our room was located near the main entrance and we could hear every guest/ staff talking and the door shut each time someone would enter/exit. Overall, nice stay."

The housekeeping staff were extremely rude when directed by management to rectify, but the management and reception staff were wonderful and did everything they could to make the situation right. Cannot complement them enough and gives me confidence that similar issues will not arise in the future. Breakfast was great and property overall was well-maintained."

"The hotel is amazing by itself bedsides it being walking distance to everywhere located just in the heart of Palermo . The atrium is gorgeous , we found ourselves gathering there after a day in the town . It was very relaxing with music and you do bof feel crowded as it has so many nooks and places to seat families together . The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable with all amenities being provided . The A/C. Works very well too"

"We were welcomed on arrival and staff were friendly. Breakfast was continental buffet and adequate for our needs. Served 7.30-10 and on our second morning whilst nearly finishing our breakfast at 10 to 10 staff pointed to the sign which made us feel we shouldn’t be there. The room was adequate, two twin beds, air conditioning and bathroom. The bathroom was sort of clean but the shower cubicle tiles and sealant was mouldy. The plastic water cup was filthy and obviously not been checked or cleaned in a while. There was a small high window that you had to stand on to open. Overall the hotel which was adequate for sleeping, it’s location was quiet and close to tourist areas and felt really safe."
