"The property is nicely located in a quiet "rural type" area in a tropical forest setting. A nice swimming pool, a nice adjacent outdoor kitchen with cabinets, wash basin and fridge. The room was ample with two beds furniture. The bathroom was accessible but the shower had a slippery tile floor, so we needed to put towels on the floor to be safe. "We paid months ahead as with many other accommodations, which we've never had any issues with. This place was hard to find so we called to clarify directions, and we were told if we didn't have a 4x4 that it wasn't possible to get to (which was NOT mentioned on the booking site on Expedia) We were left to scramble and find a place to stay last minute which was inconvenient and cost a lot more. We were also informed we would be given the money back but months later we still haven't seen it. "

"We loved our stay at Los Suenos Marriott resort! We stayed 8 nights. Our room was very clean and cleaned every day. We dined at all of the restaurants and the food was delicious at all. The brunch was wonderful! We loved the pool and swim up pool bar. The staff at the hotel were all very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!"
