"Staff went above and beyond at check in. Convenient location for visiting our son at URI."

"Unique property, with Italian themes throughout. Very friendly and helpful staff. Specialty coffees are offered for free in the morning, but it could require a minor waiting time. Breakfast items available for purchase. We liked it quite a bit and would stay again."

"Everything was great just two things I would complain about 1 was the tv would not have volume for like the first 10 minutes or so and could not turn off or on with the tv remote for some reason and 2 wish the toilet paper was a better quality besides that everything was great"

"The great thing is that the motel is near eateries, gas stations etc. There are some updates in the rooms but holes/peeled paint on entry doors and walls in the hotel room. I cleaned the vents in the fans before I used the heater bc it was quite dirty. The staff is lovely and quickly responded to my concerns about the people above me."

"Stayed one night. Room was nice, breakfast was good"

"Such a great night stay with my bf!"

"Vom Zimmer war ich eigentlich enttäuscht. Bad war sehr alt und die Betten nicht gerade Hilton Style ."

"Wonderful staff, very nice accommodations"

"Great staff that was very helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast had a nice variety"

"After checking in and going to the room we noticed the TV was not in working order. When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not. Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process"

"The hotel is a short drive from downtown. The surrounding has several small plaza but it’s needed to drive there. The room and service is good. The breakfast choice is typical."

"We booked our Hotel through Expedia 2 months in advance and yet when we got there to check in, and it was very late, our room was not available. They put us in a room with 2 single beds rather than the King size that we booked. The only room that they had left was the handicapped room which was an inconvenience for us. We asked for a manager and of course no one was available and they said they would have someone talk to us before checkout but they did not. The next day while we were traveling...

"The history of the hotel is amazing, the cleanliness, not so much. Hairs on our sheets, sticky bathroom floor, rude staff members, inadequately supplied toiletries. Would never recommend anyone pay $400 for this. Better places with better customer service in the area."
