"I will start with the pros: -the spa, hot pools and steam room were all fantastic! -the kitchen area was convenient with a bigger fridge, large sink and microwave. -the bathroom was stocked with a ton of fresh towels. -staff was friendly when I was checking out. -loved the decor of the room and the soft lighting.
