I found some stain on my bed and the railway track is just behind the hotel. Many trains all the night. We stayed only 2 night and it was my worst experience.

No longer a Ramada

This hotel is no longer a Ramada. It’s now called Canmore Inn and Suites. Fun water slide that kids seemed to enjoy and well-priced breakfast

The best thing about this hotel was the breakfast. The worst part about this hotel was train tracks right outside our window. The train would come charging through several times a day, often 2 or 3 times in the middle of the night. We didn't sleep well at all.

Great location. Hotel recently changed names: no longer Ramada, therefore not easy to locate. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Room was dated. Cleanliness was average. There were stains on the chair and the bed throws. Bathroom was small and awkward to navigate easily without bumping into the door or the toilet. Very limited shelf space. Breakfast was average American-style. Surprised there was no non-dairy milk as that is pretty much a standard at most hotels these days.

Ramada

The hotel itself was great. We were just unfortunate to be there when a coach load of teenagers checked in who proceeded to run up and down the corridor very loudly and were making a lot of noise until midnight. Without them it would have been a great stay.

Railroad Hotel

Our hotel was next to Canada Pacific Railroad tracks, lots of noise? Turns out a lot of hotels are next to the railroad. If you closed the window, it was quieter but who wants stale air? The hotel staff was helpful and breakfast quite good. But.....book a hotel farther from the train tracks.

Expensive and disappointing!

Check in was slow as they only had 2 people working and there was a lot of peoples checking in. The check in desk is at the back of the facility where you park and then have to move again depending on where your room is located. Our room was in another facility so we had to move and then walk down a long corridor to get to our room as the elevator is only at one end of the long hall! The buffet breakfast was good but pricey!! In our room we had torn furniture!!
