"Well decorated, cozy seating area options, decent food. Was celebrating a birthday and got macarons! The spa was wonderful and the road noise was noticeable but not a problem. Pleasantly surprised that we liked the spa more than anticipated and the guided rituals done with staff were a wonderful addition. Front desk doesn't know much about the spa though. Small games collection was a bonus for us. Comfortable beds, pillows are soft. Did not ask if there were firmer options. Would definitely stay again. "

"Very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly, room was fairly clean and I definitely got ample use out of the outdoor hot tub with the mountain view. My one minor complaint would be the pillows were very very firm. It would be nice to have a mixture of soft and firm pillows. I would definitely stay here again :)."

"We always love staying with Basecamp suites Canmore . It’s centrally located so when you’re at your home base you can forget you have a car as everything is walking distance from great restaurants , shops and walking trails . It’s a great option for families or groups vacationing together ! Covered parking which is so nice when the weather turns ."

"We enjoyed our stay. The suite was spacious and quiet. The kitchen fridge and stove and utensils could do with an update though! The beautiful lobby lounge area with a stone fireplace was a great place to relax on a rainy day Would definitely return!"

"Pros: easy parking, within walking distance to a lot of good food, room was clean, the view of the mountains was beautiful, the maintenance man was very nice, and it was dog friendly Cons: it was very loud. We could hear everything our neighbors on the side and above were doing. The room is bare minimum, no table to eat on or play cards. On the morning of checkout we walked to get breakfast and came back at 9AM but our key card wouldn’t let us into the building. I went back to reception to get it fixed and when I came back it still didn’t work. I went back FOUR times because every time it still didn’t work! Our breakfast was cold when we finally got into the room around 9:30 and we had to rush to pack and check out. Not a good last impression!"
