"Definitely a different experience this time around. Had an amazing employee check us in. Clean, updated, but beds are small for 2 people. Paid for 4 people in the room but only given 2 loungers at the beach. Had to pay for additional loungers and an umbrella. Pricey especially when they say you have until 6pm but then get kicked out early for a wedding. The day we left they were closing the beach as of 1 pm. They seem to accommodate events more than their guests."

"Staff everywhere was awesome and friendly. Great location with restaurants and attractions nearby. The pool and beach are well staffed and bathrooms are convenient. We'd stay there again!"

"We absolutely loved our stay! We arrived from our flight way early and the staff manager was overly accommodating and helped us feel right at home. We loved the location, further down the strip but it was so convenient. We used the pool and beach all day. The hotel restaurant and staff was amazing. Shout out to Steve the bartender. Lots of couples and families. Facility is beautiful with just minor repairs needed from wear. They even gave us a day pass for the final day as our flight out was super late. I can’t recommend them enough."

"Dirty bathroom especially the shower floor and fixtures, coffee machine didn’t work, mini refrigerator had so much ice buildup that the door wouldn’t close properly, toilet was dirty and kept running. "

"I'm extremely dissatisfied with our accommodations - the place is infested with roaches and the carpet reeks. Even one roach is too many. I get that the climate and beach proximity can be challenging, but management should prioritize guest comfort and take every measure to prevent infestations. It's disgusting to think we might inadvertently bring pests back home. "
