"Hotel was nice and cozy. Staffs were smiling and polite and seemed responsive to your request at a very low speed. First night was so noisy, window shaking from EDM party that they said it was from neighbor hotel.. got it done 3 hours after compliant at 1am. I wrote email first for specific request and they did reply email, but nothing was prepared. It seemed to me like many of the staffs were just saying ‘yes’ with the ‘whatever dude’ attitude.
