"The hotel is great, except for the laundry machines. They are way overpriced and don’t even work. I ran the dryer three times at $3.50 each time and the clothes still were not dry. The hotel doesn’t have enough change on site to allow you to do laundry and tell you to go to the Wendy’s next door for change. Definitely room for improvement."

"Enjoyed our staff at the lake Louise inn. Staff are always wonderful, and we love the buffet breakfast in the lodge. We stayed in lodge 2 and it felt a bit outdated and run down but we still had a great stay. Will be back in 2 weeks to stay in a deluxe room this time."

The views are absolutely unreal, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the entire property is just stunning. We were also celebrating our daughter Mia’s birthday, and the staff made it feel extra special, which meant a lot to us. Truly one of the most beautiful and well-run hotels in the world.
