"It’s nice to find a new hotel in Banff. Staff was nice. The only problem is the room was too noisy. You can hear noisy from trash truck, train and other cars as early as 4am. "

"Beautiful hotel with amazing front desk staff! I loved sitting on my balcony and sipping coffee while looking at the mountains and the soaker tub in my room was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Thank you for a lovely mini-vacation."

"Nothing fancy but everything works. Best secret: Shuttle bus to Banff stops right outside the door. First stop to be picked up going to Banff First stop to to be dropped off after skiing If you are going to ski, this is the best place to stay!! "

"Such a great place to stay in Hinton. Our second time staying there. The exterior of the building is due for a refresh but the rooms are very nicely updated, spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. Our bed had a much softer mattress than we're used to, but I actually bought a pillow to take home I liked it so much. We tried the lounge for dinner one night but although the staff was great the food and decor was not. Apparently renos are coming. Overall a great place to stay."
