"In our king bed room with balcony the room was extremely clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Balcony is not very welcoming but nice to have access to outdoors for fresh air and a bit of sunshine. Luggage storage before and after the stay was an appreciated service."

"We were excited to stay here as the location and price were good. Started off ok though we had to return for the check in as we were too early. The first night we froze as they had no heat and the blanket for the sofa bed was thin as a wafer. There was a terrible nose in the bedroom that lasted all day and night. Apparently it is a known problem though they do nothing to address it. I complained to the concierge who asked the manager if we could switch rooms. The manager said no even though they has an available room for a least one of the two nights. All the rooms ending in 15 are affected, so ensure you’re not in one prior to paying for the room! The noise from the hallways carry into the room and we were awakened by noisy drunk guest coming in late. "

"Great location. Friendly staff. Fast check in and out. Valet parking was prompt retrieving my vehicle. The hotel is on the older side and it has a very old-school vibe to it. I didn’t eat on sight but the restaurant looked good. Overall I was perfectly satisfied with the stay. "

"The staff are extremely helpful. King room is large, clean, shower is clean and hot. Park in city hall for $2. It’s a 5 minute walk. Restaurant is expensive and not all that good. Rooms facing the Main Street are noisy because of the atrium on one side and street on other. The is no ping pong table or basketball hoop as some reviews suggest. Lobby is relaxing and a nice place to enjoy a coffee. Centrally located and easy walk to the main attractions and Rideau Mall."

"Absolutely super good, our suite was spotlessly clean.. the beds are amazingly comfortable, 4 wonderful pillows.. everything's crisp..fresh and clean.. kitchen and living room area wonderful. Front desk staff was lovely and friendly always with a smile. We would definitely come here again. $7 voucher towards coffee and breakfast downstairs at the Happy Goat. Awesome coffee delicious food wonderful pastries. Quiet area of town slept with the window open peacefully . Nothing to complain about"
