The staff at the desk is always so friendly and welcoming. My girlfriend and I have stayed at this hotel several times now and it is our go-to place in Ottawa. Ideally located, clean and affordable. I have nothing negative to say about the Metcalfe.

Cozy, clean, excellent food at the bistro. Very nice location. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Shower water was nice and hot which was a nice change from some other places we have stayed.

The hotel location is excellent. Our room was very nice and the staff were both friendly and helpful. Valet service was efficient and our breakfast was really good.
