"The check in process was seamless and the customer service was very professional and friendly. The room had been recently renovated but was falling apart, the towel were stained as were the sheets. The sheets had holes in them and the floor boards were lifting creating a dangerous gap. There was what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling and a dirty shower curtain. It served its purpose…a comfortable bed with a tv and hot water. Also, they have smoking rooms which they do not advertise."
