I really enjoyed my stay at Comfort Suites McDonough Atlanta South! As soon as you walked in, everything was clean, and it immediately felt like home. The rooms were clean, and the hotel was very peaceful and quiet. The only thing you really hear is people leaving their rooms, lol! 😂 The woman at the front desk was very nice, welcoming, and helpful. There were also plenty of stores nearby, all within walking distance, which was a big plus! The only issue I had was that I noticed the cover on the air conditioner/heater was already off. I reported the issue and am still waiting for someone to reach back out to me regarding the matter. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and appreciated the cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and friendly customer service.

The room had a huge cockroach in the bathroom soon as I entered it. I informed the staff and she gladly changed my room. The tub wasn’t the cleanest, but the staff was nice about assisting. Housekeeping is only available at request. The pool was closed as well. I will not book there again, but as I stated the staff was very nice.

The room had stains on the carpet. The walls were damaged and the caulking in the bathroom was stained or molded. This is a shame because overall the property was nice and staff was very friendly.
