"Room overall was very nice. Window "Shades" were broken, but we made them work. (Did not inform staff). Room we stayed in had a lot of outside noise from the coast highway. Friday night there was lots music from across the street and people arguing outside that made it difficult to get a good rest. Saturday night was much better."

"Resort offers so many amenities and lovely areas to relax and play. Loved the pickleball, pools and patio vistas. We are not members so were given a very old room in an old building. The room served our purposes but did not entice us to buy a time share. Had we been gjven a newer room- this may have been different. We loved being within 45 min of SanDiego, Torrey Pines, La Jolla and more. The wine region of Temecula was outstanding. Two weeks of fun was had. "

"Step rise in pool is not safe. Pool railing is not safe. I was unable to get out of pool. When office was notified entire staff laughed at me. Maintenance helped me by getting 2 2 inch boards to use to get out. Railing was unusually short to sidewalk. Forst step was a 6 inch rise. 2nd and 3rd steps were 11 inch rise each. . I know ADA requirements are 4 to 7 inches. Owners did not seemed concerned at all. I specifically rented this hotel for 4 weeks so i could use the pool for walking excerise. I was unable and felt as if hotel did not care. Also chair lift was completely rusted and appeared ti not be working."

"Worst hotel I’ve ever walked into in my life. From the moment I walked through the front door the front desk staff was judgmental., smug, rude, and un accommodating. You would be better off, taking your money and starting it on fire to get a better value. I do not recommend that anyone ever stay at this hotel unless they want to be treated like they are less than human. This is not a resort of any kind. It is literally a Chuck E. Cheese pizza with clowns working."

"Our stay was great! The kids loved the pool area and the room was clean upon check in. There were some renovations being done in the office area so the new office area was still accommodating. The only downside was that the laundry room was not in working order. The washers worked fine but the dryers did not have any heat in them so our clothes had to be taken off site near the airport for drying, after multiple times of trying to dry our loads. I didn't know the hotel went through a third party so by the time i had to go to the airport, i was told by staff that someone could've came to fix it."
