"Everything met my expectations from the moment we checked in. The Junior Suite was spacious, clean and maintained. We had an amazing holiday. Unfortunately, the experience changed the day before our departure. I went to reception to ask if we could extend our checkout time by just one hour, from 12pm to 1pm. To my surprise, I was told there would be a €30 charge for the extra hour. I have been visiting Ibiza for the past 14 years and have stayed in many hotels across the island. I have never been charged for a one-hour late checkout. On previous occasions, when I have requested to stay until 3pm or 5pm, I have happily paid the additional fee, as that is expected. I explained that we had stayed at the hotel for 10 nights and felt that charging €30 for one extra hour was excessive. The manager’s response was that they could allow us to stay until 12.30pm free of charge, but if we wanted to remain until 1pm, the €30 fee would still apply. Charging €30 for an additional 30 minutes made the situation feel even more unreasonable. I was also told that every guest is treated the same, which I appreciate in principle. However, having worked in the hospitality industry myself, I know that managers have discretion to make exceptions when appropriate. After a 10night stay, I believe a small gesture of goodwill would have been justified. To be clear, this is not about the €30 itself, I can certainly afford it. It is about the principle. Total lack of recognition."

"This is a great hotel. They definitely keep it clean. My biggest problem here was there’s no air-conditioning in the restaurant. It looks like it had been broken for some time. Because they already planned on having a bunch of fans in there. Which wasn’t great because there was a lady with long hair sitting in front of it every morning. I was worried that her hair would blow into the buffet food. The staff and the restaurant definitely made up for it because they are very helpful and showed me a good seat to sit outside where I would get a breeze. One day the water was turned off a few hours and when it was back on the water was coming out with the rust They invited me to use the spa for the day, which was really just a shower and a hot tub and a sauna. In my opinion, they could’ve done more for me considering I was one day without a shower in a very expensive hotel."

"Excellent emplacement! Nous avons carrément loué une voiture pour rien, car l’hôtel est à seulement 2 minutes de marche de la plage et pratiquement sur la rue principale où se trouvent la majorité des restaurants, bars, clubs et boutiques. Tout est accessible à pied, ce qui est un énorme avantage. Le seul point négatif est l’horaire de la piscine, qui ferme à 18 h. En pleine période estivale où il fait près de 35 °C et où le soleil se couche vers 22 h, il aurait été agréable de pouvoir en profiter plus longtemps, surtout lorsqu’on n’a pas envie d’aller à la plage. Mis à part cela, le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, courtois et à l’écoute. Durant notre séjour de 5 jours, nous avons aperçu une seule coquerelle dans notre chambre. Nous l’avons signalé et l’équipe est intervenue rapidement pour nettoyer la chambre. En guise d’excuses, ils nous ont même offert une bouteille de mousseux accompagnée de collations. Après cet incident, nous n’avons plus revu de coquerelles. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et je recommanderais cet hôtel, principalement pour son emplacement idéal et la qualité de son service."
