Extraordinary boutique hotel. We had a delightful stay. The owners show you to your room, are there every day, and offer good sight-seeing and restaurant advice. The room, like all the decor, is lovely, the beds are comfy, and the table on the balcony is great for coffee. There is a coffee maker, minifridge and an individual air conditioning unit that makes any heat wave bearable. There is ample closet space and the bathroom modern with attractive lighting. If you want to eat in, there is a communal microwave and one-pot meals available to heat up. The wi fi works great. It is a pet-friendly place: several dogs were there, including those of the owners. The only possible minus is that there is no elevator and the stairs are a bit steep. Excellent value.

L'hotel est très bien situé dans le village de combo avec son parking privé. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, aux petits soins et d’une gentillesse remarquable. L’hôtel se situe dans un petit village, typique du Pays basque, très agréable. L’accueil par le gérant est excellent. Les chambres peut être un peu petites et un peu vieillotte mais literie confortable et très propre . Très bon séjour.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, pero con servicios mejorab

El hotel està muy bien situado para visitar la zona, està cerca de todo El pueblo tiene bastantes servicios, restaurantes sitios para desayunar...supermercados En cuanto a el hotel limpio y tranquilo.Pero tengo que decir que la habitación no era para tres personas.Para la niña habilitaron una especie de "sillón" minúsculo que no era adecuado para una niña de 11 años, no podías darte la vuelta porque te caías.Las otras 2 camas eran cómodas y no pongo pegas, pero para un niño que paga también creo que deberían considerar esa "cama". El hotel a partir de cierta hora no cuenta con nadie en la recepción y si tienes algún problema te pone que llames a un teléfono. Nosotros practicamente nos ibamos a las 9 de la mañana y regresabamos a las 21 ó màs, casi no vimos al personal ningún día.Una tarde-noche tuvimos un problema que se fué la corriente en los enchufes con lo cual no veíamos ni la tele ni podíamos cargar móviles. Llamamos varias veces al teléfono habilitado y no obtuvimos respuesta alguna.Problema que tuvieron otros huéspedes también porque salimos al hall y comentaron que tampoco contactaban con nadie.Si hubieramos tenído otro problema más serio...no se.
