The booking process is quite confusing. I booked with PayPal for 3 installment payment. Which initial deduction was made buy when i reached Spain, they required the full balance before tjey allowed me to check in. I was informed later that the money will be refunded, is been 5days now without any update about the refund. The room we had was by the road and very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. Apartment was clean and tidy. Very spacious and they provided extra covers and towels which i think is very thoughtful.

Tricky to find

Getting to the apartments is not easy. If using public transport, I recommended you get the bus S1 from Santander bus station to Astillero , costs €1.80 disembark at Avenue Bilbao 75 (about 15 stops) and then walk 15 mins to what looks like an industrial wasteland. I wish there had been a sign on the approach to Calle Arday to confirm you were going the right way. Reception is closed 1pm to 5pm for public access so if you arrive at these times you wont get in. There is no terrace to sit out etc either. There is a shopping centre within walking distance and has many supermarkets like Lidl, Mercadona etc which was convenient. I would not stay here again but it served the purpose for my 3 day trip.

Handy for the airport

Perfectly fine, minimalist aparthotel. Quiet (apart from the traffic on the main road) and within easy walking distance of Valle Real station and the Maliaño suburb of Santander. Will stay again if in the area.

La cocina muy completa de menaje, baño amplio con ducha, dos camas, una más grande y otra más pequeña y como fui con una mascota me resultó muy cómodo y estuvimos muy a gusto. Gracias.

Mala gestión por parte de la recepcionista rubia, maleducada y soberbia. Reservamos dos apartamentos en una misma reserva y nos pidieron 90 euros de fianza por cada uno de ellos sin avisarnos, cuando solo deberian cobrarnos una. Llegamos y habiendo reservado los mismos apartamentos uno tenia cama y otro no tenia, solo un sofa con un colchon del grosor de un folio, una verguenza. No hay opciones de comida en el alojamiento y ademas esta en medio de los suburbios de la ciudad, zona insegura y poco recomendable para caminar por los alrededores.

Poco recomendable

Necesitabamos un hotel para simplemente hacer noche, el precio fué muy asequible, el edificio en si está en buenas condicones, pero Hotels indica 3 estrellas y a la llegada el hotel había una placa que indicaba 1 estrella. La zona da cierta sensación de inseguridad, aunque no tuvimos ningún problema. Lo peor, es que era día de calor en Santander y la habitación no disponía de aire acondicionado, la única solución abrir la ventana para dormir. El hotel está al lado de la autovía con lo que el ruido era insoportable. Una noche horrible...

Alojamiento nada recomendable, entorno pésimo, la información previa antes de la reserva era pago en el establecimiento, pero realizan cargo a la tarjeta antes. Perdí la señal de reserva, no me aloje. Luego nunca mas reservaré con EXPEDIA.
