Die Unterkunft selbst war gut, aber wir haben absolut nicht das bekommen was wir gebucht haben. Wir haben ein Hotel gebucht, bekamen eine Ferienwohnung ohne Service. Wurden später dann gefragt „ob wir das was wir gebucht hätten wollen“ ein Shuttle fuhr uns dahin. Aber anstatt einfach „rein zu können“ wurden wir über 2 Stunden vollgequasselt ob wir einem Punktesystem beitreten wollen, dass absolut nicht rendabel war.

Razoável ! Cama com o colchão muito mole ,lá tem um colchonete também fora o sofá cama . Quando você aluga esse apartamento você precisa pagar 30 reias por pessoa para roupa de cama São vários lacqua diroma de 1 a 5 para apenas um parque aquático,achei muito cheio .

tive que comprar travesseiros, jogo de lençol, fronhas e Toalhas de banho. Os travesseiros do apartamento estavam com várias manchas. Impossível de usar. O anúncio deve deixar claro que devemos levar o que tivemos que comprar. Nos 2 dias que tomamos café da manhã no restaurante, tínhamos que escolher a xícara, por algumas estarem mal lavadas. Por este motivo, das 4 diárias, utilizamos apenas 2.

O atendimento é bom, os recepcionistas são muito atenciosos, mas o quarto estava sem forro de cama, as fronhas eram velhas e sujas quando chegamos. Ainda recomendo trocar os travesseiros que estão velhos e com muitas manchas. A porta do banheiro também precisa ser trocada.

Primeiro fomos surpreendidos com a cobrança sobre roupas de cama e banho, apesar de constar em algum lugar no e-mail recebido da Hotéis.com que a taxa seria devida, não contávamos com essa pérola. Tentaram cobrar o café da manhã que havíamos pago por ocasião da reserva e pediram para entrarmos em contato com o proprietário do imóvel para resolver o problema. Discordamos dessa providência e, depois de muita conversa, acabaram franqueando o café. Enfim, jamais pisaremos lá.

Depois de 5h00 viajando fiz a reserva com a Caldas Tur, em dois apartamentos, deparei com a condição da roupa de cama não estar no quarto nos apartamentos e a camareira não tinha disponibilidade naquele momento para forrar as camas Queriam que eu aguardasse, pedi o cancelamento da compra e para minha surpresa o representante da Caldas Tur foi grosso muito anti profissional comigo insistindo que eu não receberia o cancelamento pois o motivo não teria culpa de ter comprado sem ler as condições

Gostei bastante tanto da acomodação quanto da aérea de lazer,.As piscinas todas muito boa porem muito cheias, mas tem espaço pra todos, restaurante excelente preço bom acessível comida boa. Boa localização, funcionário a maioria atenciosos e educados, alguns, diria a minoria um pouco arrogante.
