"The apartment was in bad shape. The only hot water was the bathroom sink. There was bugs in the apartment. The furniture was falling apart. The apartment lucked like it was under Construction. I would not advise booking a stay here. "

"When we arrived there were no rooms available, even though we had a prepaid guarenteed reservation through Orbitz, and we were turned away. When we requested a refund via Orbitz it was denied. We were out aproximately $100 for the room and $25 for a taxi to another hotel. The only positive was that the Hotel clerk did help us find another hotel. I chated with and Orbitz agen for about 15 - 20 minutes who was virtually no help at all. "

"Very comfortable bed. Daily housekeeping was nice. The staff is so personable and makes you feel like part of the family. It’s a bit of a swim, but if you’re up to it, the reef is worth it it for a good snorkel."

"We had an amazing stay at Ibagary. Attended an out of this word friends’ wedding there and spend a few days relaxing at the hotel after the wedding. The beach front location is beautiful and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We felt very well looked after and would recommend this location for a wedding as well as a relaxing beach vacation. "

"Our room was very clean and well appointed. The food was excellent, the pool and bar staff were also really good. My only criticism was they seemed understaffed, as the service times seemed a bit too long and that was directly due to staffing (we waited 25 minutes just to have someone take or dinner order the last night we were there. "My stay at the Reef House was exactly what I wanted. It has the old Roatan charm to an old dive shop that has the most welcoming staff I have ever met. From the owner Davey to Keith the IT/Bartender and the friendliest cook staff that makes great down home cooking. David the dive master has been out on the reef longer than most have known about Roatan. He knows some really cool places to see."
