"stayed here for a short break in Girona and left feeling quite disappointed. • Staff: The canteen and bar staff were consistently unfriendly. Each time I went to order something they looked irritated, as if serving was a bother. A smile and some basic courtesy would have made a big difference. • Room: The room itself was extremely basic. The sockets didn’t work properly, which was frustrating when I needed to charge my phone. The view was of the car park, not exactly the Spanish escape I had hoped for. • Overall feel: It all felt a bit neglected and impersonal. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but in this case I felt let down. Girona is a beautiful city, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless improvements are made. "

"We werent so sure about booking this hotel as it was only a 2 ☆ we just needed a quick week in the sun. Yhe hotel was keyless uou had a unique number to enter the building and it was the same with the room so no worrying about keys or card enties the room was clean the housekeeping was excellent. We were so impressed weve booked the same room for 2 weeks in September/October "
