"Great value hotel in a stunning location. The room was large and clean - with a great balcony. Some of the staff (all except the gut who served breakfast) could hardly care less. Everyone seemed a bit tired of travellers & tourists tbh! Without warning, the front door was locked at 10pm and we struggled to get back in (neither the call bell or phone numbers worked). Great place - but staff could try harder 😉 and “customer service” could be better."

"Lovely hotel and staff. Stayed 3 nights at the end of a 2 week break. Only negatives, breakfast, is not 4 star. OK choice, but scrambled eggs overcooked every morning. Being charged 30 euros per night for 2 dogs, when the room was not changed for the 3 nights and only basic cleaning was done. 30 euros for the stay would have more appropriate. Would definitely stay again, but would leave the dogs at home."

"Stay was fine. Room needs maintenance Bathroom door would not work as it was scraping on the floor and hard to move. Window blew open at night and could not be latched. Lights not working in terrace Hotel was almost empty so why put guest in room that needs work? "

"Great little hotel 1 minute from the beach. Beautiful and modern with excellent breakfast and friendly staff. If you're going to stay for a week then smaller rooms might be a bit of a squeeze with luggage because the bed is massive but it was perfect for us. Def would go back. "

"Room was spacious (2 interconnecting rooms for 2 adult ls and 2 kids). Customer service was great. Breakfast was great! fresh and many variety. Location was excellent lots of shops even late in the evenings (early April right now).. "

"This is NOT a 4 sater hotel, expect a 3 star hotel with a 4 star location. I will add that the front desk is incredibly rude and inconsiderate. My wife and I have traveld the world and a lot in Europe. We have found a common thread in Catalonia, not just at this property. People here a generally rude and aggresive. People in the service industries who make their living from the tourist trade, seem very inconvenienced by it all and bothered that you exist. Rude treatement from a front desk clerk in this part of the world is a common occurance, so don't let it get to you. Costa Brava is beautiful beyond compare, just be prepared for the other part...."
