"This was a fantastic hotel. It was immaculate and in a great location. The signature suite was beautiful with 2 balconies and very spacious. The rooftop bar was stunning with spectacular views over the sea and the marina. The pool , restaurant and pool bar were all fabulous. Food at the bar was delicious and great cocktails But the stand out part of this hotel is the staff! From reception to the rooftop bar, they were on point! Super attentive and so friendly. "I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay. On the day of our check-in, a loud party at the poolside continued until 11 PM. The noise level was disruptive enough that resting was impossible. I had to complain to the front desk multiple times before any action was taken, and I noted several other guests doing the same. Sin embargo, el anuncio decía que el hotel contaba con muebles (camastros y sombrillas) y acceso a la playa directo y esto no fue así, la playa más cercana queda a 10-15 min caminando y tampoco te ofrecen los servicios prometido en la playa."
