I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was perfect – close to everything but still quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

I never write reviews, but I had to write for this one. Hands down best experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. The staff is awesome, the decorating is on pointttt, and the owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. They have a roof top restaurant with a view on the pyramids the restaurant setting is easily a 5 star setup, and id rate the food a solid 10/10 too! Def coming back here

The shower handle came off and they could not get the hot water to work until the next day. First night I had to take a cold shower and my friend had to walk to a private shower by the restaurant and walk out in her nightgown in front of all the people in the hotel. The free breakfast was really basic but the view was nice but they don’t have a working air conditioning in the restaurant so it was really hot to eat there. It was a nice room and the bed was good but we had to go get hangers for the closet and hairdryer at the front desk. They can set up airport car service so that was good.

Un accueil correct. Personnel a l'écoute malgré la barrière de la langue (on ne parle pas bien anglais et eux pas du tout français) mais un effort à été fait des deux côtés. Une mention spéciale pour la serveuse du Savora restaurant (👏👏👏). On a réservé une chambre quadruple Prenium avec balcon vue côte cour Chambre pas très propre à notre arrivée mais le nettoyage a été fait des le lendemain. Un petit rafraîchissement est nécessaire( porte savon et porte gobelet cassés, peinture défraîchie, câble apparent, fauteuil cassé) sinon les lits sont confortables et la chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner correct dommage qu'on ne pouvait pas avoir café et jus d'orange une seule boisson au choix par personne. On nous a organisé des visites correct dans l'ensemble.
