The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were very attentive, especially, Ms. Rasha! She was very SWEET! The rooftop view is amazing and the breakfast was very good.
Great location with perfect view of the pyramids
Newer hotel very clean and the best staff from Ashraf and his team in the rooftop restaurant to Rasha at breakfast were extremely helpful
And attentive
Newer hotel clean rooms and best views from upper floors and roof top deck was great.
Staff were extremely friendly and the airport shuttle was a good choice.
They provided nice tour options for nearby attractions.
We loved our stay at Neom Pyramids Valley Boutique Hotel. The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the pyramid complex so the location is unbeatable if visiting the pyramids & GEM. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable & were so friendly. Our stay also included free airport pickup & breakfast, the breakfast spread was great. Additionally, there is a rooftop restaurant with an incredible view of the pyramids, we enjoyed dinner & drinks up there during our stay! Overall, would absolutely recommend.
The best hotel I've stayed in in Giza. The staff were very kind and attentive. The rooms were clean and well-decorated in an Egyptian theme. I recommend it 100%.
An absolute gem. The accommodations. The staff. The rooftop bar/restaurant. The value for the money. And yes, the view! Room 602 was worth every penny.
A 10+ hotel. A 5 Star hotel at 3 Star prices.
Perhaps the only thing to note is that the hotel is located on a fairly busy street. Some noise, but that’s Giza (Cairo is much louder!).
Great job, Neom!!!

Staff were cortueous and helpful. Got a free airport pick-up. Amazing view of the Pyramids from my room. Restaurant food was good too
Wonderful rooms. Neat and spacious and hygienic. Great value for money. The views of the pyramids both from our room and balcony and the roof top terrace was breath taking. Very very helpful staff. Loved our stay here.
This hotel was truly a gem. The room was very spacious and the balcony was huge. The view was absolutely amazing — we could clearly see all three pyramids from our room. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Breakfast was average the rooftop lounge was unforgettable! The view is just amazing! Highly recommended for anyone who wants an unforgettable pyramid view.
Staff very friendly and helpful. The property is new. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Walking distance to the pyramids complex, but away from the congestion at the main entrance.
Only a 10-minute drive to the GEM.
Good restaurantSi
Very accommodating and kind staff , the room is pristine , the location was perfect for your pyramid trip, they have the best tour package and best tour guide, free breakfast is a plus and lastly we have free ride from the airport on arrival. I can’t complain . We have the best time.
Nice stay at Neom Pyramids Valley Hotel.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Saif at reception.
We booked with them a tour in cafelucca on the Nile with dinner, and transfer at the end of our stay. Everything went great.
Location is very convenient, close to Giza pyramids and grand Egyptian Museum. The street is quite busy but our room was well isolated.
The hotel is very new and installations are good.
Excellent stay. The rooms are newly renovated, comfortable, and spotless. The staff were amazing: warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. The rooftop offers stunning pyramid views, and we were lucky to be there on a night with live music, which added beautifully to the atmosphere. The location is fantastic, very close to the pyramids and the GEM Museum. I’d absolutely recommend staying here. Just a small note: use Uber rather than walking around the Old City at night. It’s charming during the day, but you should be cautious after dark.

Very nice and helpful reception ladies. Breakfast selection limited, not great. Rooms just fine. Location perfect. Services offered (tours etc) overpriced.
My son and I stayed one night for our layover so we didn’t have a lot of time. This location was perfect. We could see the pyramids from our room and the staff was amazing. The food was good too. We had everything we needed and our Customer relations rep Rasha made sure we were taking care of. I’ll definitely visit again for a longer stay.

Disliked: Cleanliness
We stayed at the hotel for just one night as it was conveniently located close to the Pyramids and the GEM museum.
In terms of staff, I would give a 5-star review. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a disappointment. Based on the reviews, we genuinely thought we had found a hidden gem.
Sadly, this wasn’t the case. The floor was dirty, breakfast was average, the toilet barely flushed, and we only had warm water for a few minutes in the shower before the boiler emptied and the water turned ice cold. Refreshing on a hot day, perhaps, but not ideal at this time of year.
I know this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but be aware that the rooms face a busy street. Come better prepared than we did and bring earplugs—the traffic noise and frequent honking can really disturb your sleep.
Although it’s not a bad hotel, it’s important to manage your expectations when booking.
