I adored this hotel. Absolutely beautiful view of the pyramids. I would say that the hotel is right next to a busy highway and it gets loud with the traffic, so that's something to keep in mind.

A clean room, very comfortable bed.A view of the Pyramids as promised. Staff on hand at all hours,meals other than breakfast can be ordered. All i was short of was an ironing board n iron. You do need to get use to a city the never sleeps.Or wear ear plugs.

The Room was aesthetically pleasing. The view was perfect and the breakfast was good. The hospitality was outstanding and staff were more than accommodating and assisted us with every need. They made our stay extremely enjoyable!

部屋は写真の通りでした。エクスペディアの部屋の詳細では浴槽ありと書いてありましたがなかったです。 清掃はエジプトであることを考えればまぁまぁなのでは無いでしょうか。髪の毛や埃が落ちている程度です。 多くを求めなければ、全然アリだと思います。 お湯は出ます。（不安定ですが） 所謂一棟建のホテルではなく、既存の建物の6階にあります。 エレベーターがありますがカードキーがないと使えないので最初は近隣の人に呼びかけて乗せてもらうといいです。

I have been traveling for many weeks and came to Giza to see the sights and relax. Giza is an older city, well populated, busy and noisy. The hotel was more than perfect. It was extremely clean and the room was just like the pics. I had an amazing view of the pyramids from my room and balcony. What sets this hotel apart from others is the staff. Not only very warm and welcoming but seemed to really care about me. The first night I arrived (8-9 pm) they brought in local food and we all ate, talked and laughed. I stayed 9 nights, on many of them we had dinner together. We would talk daily, like I would with my friends. They helped so much with my stay even shopping for items for me that I couldn’t find on my own (toothpaste). Daily breakfast was included and I am sure she would see what I would eat and tailor the next around that. Loved the Turkish coffee. This was the best stay I have had in a long long time. Thank you!

The hotel itself is very nice. The staff were very nice and very helpful. However the hotel is in a sketchy looking building on the top floor. did not look or feel safe. The elevator in the building was also terrible.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Eyes of Egypt Hotel! From the very first minute I walked in, the staff were attentive, welcoming, and genuinely kind. As a solo traveler, my biggest priority was feeling safe, and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and cared for throughout my stay. They coordinated my tours and drivers, making exploring Cairo so much easier and stress-free. What made this experience truly special was the personal connection I developed with the staff. I shared meals with them, laughed with them, and got to know them in a way you simply don’t get at a larger hotel. Their hospitality felt genuine, and I never felt like just another guest. They made me feel like family. Don’t let the hotel’s exterior deter you. The real beauty of this place is on the inside, in the hearts of the people who work there. I’m so grateful I chose to stay here, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo, especially solo travelers looking for a welcoming and safe experience. P.S. Mustafa is the BEST! ❤️

I love my stay here. The room is so big and beautiful. I have a room with a large luxurious hot tub. I recommend this hotel to anyone. I feel safe. Staff is kind and always helpful with all my concerns. They even helped me order food late at night. It is a boutique so not a full hotel meaning it’s all on one level on the 6th floor but once you’re here it is so clean and everything is upgraded. Bathrooms are great. Room service is great and I especially love the communication and transportation to/from airport. View of pyramids is right outside my window. No complaints ✨

Also wie bereits in einem anderen Kommentar beschrieben, sollte man sich von der Umgebung nicht täuschen lassen, das Hotel an sich ist wie eine Oase in der Wüste. Das Personal kümmert sich rund um die Uhr um einen, jeder Wunsch wird sofort umgesetzt. Das Frühstück welches ins Zimmer gebracht wird und am besten auf dem Balkon mit einem Ausblick auf die Pyramiden genossen werden sollte, war auch lecker. Ich möchte mich für den angenehmen Aufenthalt von 1 Woche bei dem jungen Team bedanken.

When you first arrive it looks destroyed from the outside once you go up to level 6 and walk into the reception area it changes. The hotel and their rooms are very nice and clean. The views were beautiful. It is noisy. The highway is next to the hotel but I’m use to the noise. Didn’t bother me. Tours and transportation was worth it. I really enjoyed my stay.

The room with the Pyramid vew is amazing. The room is clean and comfortable. Don't be scared by the area and the entrance of the building. The hotel is in a residential building that's not in good condition, but the hotel, located on the 6th floor, it's beautiful. The staff is amazing!

Diamond in the ruff is an understatement for this place. I could not have been more pleased with this place. The room was exactly how it is described on the site. But the exceptional service of the staff was amazing ..Hany, Yasmin, & Mahmoud were absolutely outstanding. Their level of attentiveness to the quests exceeds any top tier resort. You will not be disappointed..Book, Book, Book this hotel.

Very friendly people Nice view on pyramids Pick up taxi service from airport was cheap and worked great Value for money Hard to find location; as it is hidden in the back of a building on 6th floor In front of bus station so noisy location Limited hot water in the morning for shower

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Cairo! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everyone made us feel so welcome. The reception team, especially all the boys, were incredibly kind, friendly, and went out of their way to help with absolutely everything throughout our stay. A massive thank you to Mohammed and Mostafa for their outstanding hospitality—they truly made our experience unforgettable. The room and bathroom were spotless and cleaned to a very high standard every day. One of the absolute highlights was waking up to the magnificent view of the Pyramids from the comfort of our own balcony. It was breathtaking and made our stay even more special. The service, cleanliness, and hospitality exceeded all of our expectations. If I ever come back to Cairo, I will 100% be staying here again because I know I’ll be well looked after. Thank you to everyone for making our trip such an amazing and memorable experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great experience at Eyes of Egypt hotel. The staff was amazing, from the lovely lady that took care of me to the morning staff, Mahmood and Mustafa. World class individuals.
