"Nice"

"Pool and breakfast were great. Room was clean, but we had an "adjoining room" - separated by a lockable door and there was no privacy. The people next door were loud and were in and out all night and did not allow for a good sleep. Let the front desk know at check out and they weren't overly concerned. We had a private shuttle booked for our flight in, as the time didn't coordinate with the free shuttle. We waited at the airport for at least 30 minutes with an attendant having to help call the hotel to find out where the driver is. Very disappointing after a long day of travel. "

"The parking garage was amazingly clean as well as the rest do the property. The desk agent was able to accept us over 2 hours earlier which was a lifesaver from driving all day from chachagua. Clean room and AC that worked tremendously. All the staff was very friendly, even the custodial staff were a delight. A wide variety of included continental breakfast and close to many attractions."

"Very interesting rooms but the overall experience suffered due to the poor quality or state of the mattress. It created a very difficult sleep situation for 3 consecutive nights. Very unfortunate."

"Esta limpio te prestan servicio de traslado al aeropuerto, pero solicite la reservacion por una plataforma y cuando pedí que se me facturará me dijeron que no podían porque lo habia hecho a través de la plataforma. Sin embargo el hotel es el que presta el servicio de hospedaje y la solicitud se emitió a mi nombre."
