Beautiful property and wonderful hosts! This was the best - and least expensive - accommodation during our two week stay in Costa Rica. Fernando’s breakfasts were delicious, the room was spacious and lovely - with a large jacuzzi! - and it was relatively easy to find. We felt like we were on a country estate.

Great hosts, great location!

Very nice hosts, great location, comfortable room with good amenities. The only thing to note is that the room is located inside their home, which may be a bit uncomfortable or unexpected for some guests, but it was just great for us.

Nice room

Absolutely beautiful private room. Olga was wonderful. Great value. Complaints: No trash can in the common area, including the kitchen. We were told to pile waste on the counter for recycling. Some of it, like raw pork wrappers, concerned me. There is a trash can in the bathrooms. Olga said I could use the common are, including the kitchen (which has a gas range). I bought pork chops to fry, but she stopped me from using the stove--off limits. I had to cook them in the microwave. Electric shower head. As usual, it didn’t work. But, for about $10 more than a hostel bed, this is a great value.
