"This was such an incredible place to stay. Everything from the welcome …to the beautifully clean room and fabulous breakfast was amazing. The view from the room and at breakfast was magical. Loved it!"
"Overall a really lovely hotel, staff were great very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. It is in a great location for walking up Snowdon. The only thing I would say is the bathrooms are a bit tired and could do with a refurbishment. The room was also very small, the bed was almost to big for the room. The breakfast also offered as part of the package was only continental which isn't clear when you book. If you want anything cooked at breakfast, that is an extra cost."
"Hotel and staff were great. Very warm welcome at check-in, room was clean but quite warm and stuffy.
Sadly the food in the restaurant whilst only pub food was quite expensive and extremely poor quality.
We would definitely stay at the hotel again but would eat elsewhere."
"The Leisure facilities were pretty good. The staircase is very impressive and the general hotel is lovely.
I feel that the standard rooms are fairly tired especially for the high price we paid.
Overall, a good stay but a little expensive for what it was."
"Another 1st class stay in the best b&b in Caernarfon, even without breakfast.
Jan is the most welcoming of hosts, with a beautiful, history rich property almost in the castle walls.
Highly appointed rooms, spacious, spotlessly clean and with everything you could need.
Looking forward to my next visit.
Cannot stay anywhere better."
