We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Olom largely due to the lovely, helpful staff the concierge/reception team were exceptional.
Check-in was welcoming with a complimentary wine/beer/soft drink.
The location & breakfasts couldn't be beaten.
I would happily stay again.
The only disappointment was the lack of access to a private beach which had been advertised as a facility.
Everything was great, the room very clean always, the staff nice and marvelous, breakfast excellent and the terrace was extraordinary with a beautiful sight.
Hotel OLOM is hip, with cool features like Bluetooth connections to the music system, waffle towels and electronic controls for the curtains and lights. Great location, close to train station and many sights. Lovely views of the cathedral from the rooftop bar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
Room was clean and spacious. Definitely not prepared for the church bells. From our experience we think they ended at about 10pm and started again at 9am the next morning. Great view of the square and cathedral. Service was good. Definitely more high tech of a hotel than normal. The food in the restaurant was expensive and not that good. Don't think we would come back or recommend (other than it's centrally located).
I LOVED my stay at Hotel OLOM. They were incredibly accommodating, friendly and the restaurant served one of the best meals I had while in Cadiz. The rooftop is beautiful and they are extremely pet-friendly (the restaurant AND rooftop bar have menus for dogs!) A special thanks to Amada and team for making me and my pup’s stay so special.
In the very centre of the city overlooking the Cathedral. Room facilities were very good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed use of pool though small. Pool at top of hotel so great views.
We had the junior suite facing the Cathedral so our view was so special. The room was lovely, stylish and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed our breakfasts. It was pretty much perfect. Thank you.
Nice small boutique hotel, the staff were welcoming and helpful. The only issue we faced was that our room was on the 3rd floor and there is a bar on the rooftop 4th floor, loud music, lots of noise till early hours of the morning.
The rooms are beautiful decorated, modern and well maintained. The view from my room balcony was the Cathedral façade. Nothing can top this! The hotel is centrally located and walkable to most attractions. Highly recommended.
With out a doubt designed by artists as a quirky but gorgeous boutique hotel. Lots of cool accent lighting and more technology than a modern car. The bathroom has glass walls, with the shower looking into the room ( toilet area is onscured). Each room is wired with a record player with lots of vinyl selections in the adjacent rooftop bar. Also you can stream music from your own device. Location is posibly the best in the city, looking directly at the cathedral. Hundreds of dining venues right outside the door, but don't overllook their very own ulscale restaurant on the ground floor or or their remarkable rooftop bar and infinoty pool. I would stay here a again in a hearbeat. Staff was super helpful and walks you to the room to explain all the cool eccentric bits like the touch screen contols for curtains, lights, air, music, and more. Your grandpa might hate those touches, but if you can control a smartlhone, you can manage the room. Amazing Bed, towels, robes and slippers, boutique soaps and lotions, and local artisan chocolates round out a great experience.
We checked in for just one night and had a wonderful time. Absolutely loved the musical theme of the room. Ours was Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen, and it was so much fun to experience and play the music. Also loved our time at the terrace. A few suggestions - as I know, the hotel is new - the opening hours of the pool should be till 9 PM or till sunset to enjoy the sunset and the evening and not miss out on it like we did since we were on the beach and checked in and it was already closed at 8pm. Quite bummed. Also, the pillows are foam and not great and should be changed for some thing more comfortable like down, same for duvet - with 14 rooms should be an easy fix. As an ex hotelier sleeping well is extremely important, and that would be one thing that might us considering not staying again. The staff was wonderful, and we had the best time at the terrace. The bartender was so kind. The view over the cathedral is stunning.
The room was great, beautiful bathroom. Great location, but the best was the service. The 3 beautiful young girls at the front desk went above and below to help us and to make our stay perfect.
