Honestly our only complaint would be trying to find our car in the lot! A bit confusing to find at first but otherwise amazing. We absolutely loved it. Great atmosphere, restaurants, shops, and beautiful spacious suites.

We are so glad to have stayed at this wonderful property. You are well looked after with amenities such as laundry (and detergent), separate bedrooms and living areas, a kitchen with all appliances - even a dishwasher. There is a wonderful concierge who provided a wealth of information and tour upon arrival. We did not have a formal check in process which made this feel like we were coming home rather than to a "hotel". The view of the marina is beautiful and rooms/balcony were private and quiet. The beds were so comfortable and house keeping was top notch, even doing our dishes and mopping (did not expect this!). Parking was easy and secure in an on site lot and there is no charge for those staying here. The infinity pool on the third floor was amazing, fairly warm and staff worked hard to clean and keep towels restocked. It is also a quiet place, we hardly saw even 5 people during mid-April. There are restaurants along the marina, shops, and more restaurants, a market and beautiful flamingo beach just a 5 minute walk down the road. I would definitely stay here again, my 8 year old son, my husband and I were happy and relaxed!

Our studio villa was huge and the views of the marina were amazing! The villa was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower and water pressure were phenomenal, definitely the best shower we encountered during our two weeks all over the northern part of Costa Rica. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was so convenient so we took advantage of that amenity. I also used the fitness room both days we were there. It had just enough equipment for a decent workout. As to be expected anywhere in Costa Rica, there were a few ants in the villa but not so many that it was an issue. The proximity to Playa Flamingo was perfect and there were many dining options within walking distance. We had breakfast three times at Surf Box since it was so close. Minor issue with being charged twice but hoping that will be resolved soon as I have been communicating with our host about the mistake and subsequent refund. I would definitely stay here again if in the Playa Flamingo area.

The condo was clean, spacious, offered complimentary parking in the garage, great views of the marina. One issue was that the air conditioning kept turning off and was out completely overnight (90 degree day). Perhaps they will have it repaired with the next booking. Walking distance to restaurants - definitely go to Surf Box for bfast - delicious and great service.

The Marina Flamingo is very pretty, modern, clean, and a short walk to the beach. Our room was exactly like the images on the website. We had a kitchen, washer/dryer, and balcony overlooking the marina. There is a pool on the third floor which has towels you can also use for the beach. The pool area is open until 10 pm and has a ping pong table and small bar. You can find several restaurants on the 1st and 2nd floor, ATM, a couple of shops, and a pharmacy (which was helpful when I needed care for an injury). The cleaning staff is superb and our room was always impeccable. There are several secuirty guards throughout the property and the Flamingo beach area is pretty safe and good for a quiet relaxing beach vacation. You can request a golf cart from the property but we were informed that you must book it ahead of time. There is also a small supermarket, Massai, across the street which is a bit more affordable if you want to buy water and snacks. Amigos tacos is also nearby if you want a quick bite and one of our favorite breakfast spots, Hibiscus, is great for smoothies and bowls. The beach is a short walk from these places but there are no sidewalks on the path to the beach so becareful with the cars and rocks on the floor. Flamingo beach is beautiful with crystal clear water and white sand. There is also a night market with local vendors on Monday nights. Everything in the area closes pretty early, around 9-9:30 pm. If you want night life, head over to Tamarindo. Pura Vida!

Beautiful! It's safe and gorgeous. We were upgraded to a bigger unit without asking. Great view of the marina, really nice pool. It was never crowded at the pool. Walked to the beach and along the beach each morning. Gustavo was so nice and helpful.

Excellent attention and service. Especially from Carlos Cascante and Gustavo Umaña at the Front Desk. Nice location, beautiful pool and amenities, great location. Close to all of Flamingos main attractions including beach and restaurants. The studio was spotless.
