Parking demand exceeds available on site but a garage is nearby for self parking at reasonable cost. Room is spacious with light but no views. Elevators are too crowded at peak period with stairs more convenient. Will stay again for location. Accessible by Airport bus (5euro) to town plus 12 min walk."

The staff was very helpful providing guidance for our day trip into Bilbao to visit the Guggenheim Museum and for dinner reservations nearby. The breakfast were great and we had a nice dinner one night at the hotel."
