The staff are lovely and helpful, sadly the Aircon just made a lot of noise but failed to provide any cool air .... only really a problem during the day as the night was cool. The cabin itself was fine but the gardens and ponds are a bit sad.

Messed up my reservation, didn't let me know. Lost a night for which I wasn't refunded although they offered to, and amenities were not at all as described in Expedia. There's no TV signal, TVs not pre-connected to wifi, no info on the password, gave me pass 3 options none worked. Pretty pics that don't live up to the actual experience. I'm never coming back.
