Odor from pillow and blanket, Black mold

The blanket and pillow smelled like old wet laundry that had been left to rot, and there was black mold on the bathroom tiles. There was also an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. At night, I couldn’t sleep because of the loud noise from the air conditioner. Other than that, the facilities were fine, but the unpleasant smells made my stay uncomfortable.

団体が入っているからとレストランでの食事を断られた。英語がちゃんとできるスタッフが少なすぎる。 SDGなのか、部屋のアメニティを減らしているようであるが、スリッパもお茶やコーヒーのサービスも何もない。 皆が土足で歩いた床をはだしで歩くしかなかった。

사우나가 넓고 좋음 아쿠아가든은 부분오픈인데 긴타월을 제공하면 퍼펙트일듯. 체온조절실은 온도가 낮고 물놀이온도는 좋은데 물밖에 나가면 너무 춥다. 아쿠아리셉센은 매우친절해 화장품파우치 잃어버렸다가 찾음. 룸뷰는 매우좋고 온도조절잘됨. 조식은 좀더 양과질면에서 퀄리티를 높여주면 좋겠다. 월남쌀국수는 맛이 매우좋았다. 전복죽은 전복이 너무 작아 질김. 건물은 전통과 현대를 살려 멋짐. 지하 봉부아이아쥐 친절

시설은 훌륭했지만 가격이 좀 비싸네요. 아침 식사도 너무 비싸네요. 가격을 조금 싸게 해서 종류를 좀 줄이는 것도 괜찮을 것 같습니다. 객실은 청결해서 편안하게 잘 쉬다 왔습니다.
